An adaption of the standard Alufix concertina loft ladder to allow it to be used in vertical applications or mezzanine floor areas. An ideal ladder for domestic locations where storage space is restricted.

• Available in 3 standard sizes to suit a floor-to-mounting point height up to 2880mm (See Dolle Alufix Vertical Information Chart below).
• Ready to fit concertina ladder, straight into your existing vertical opening or to a mezzanine floor area.
• Manufactured from high-quality extruded aluminium alloy.
• Concertina stows in a vertical position.
• Opening in the wall can be closed by a door (supplied by others) with a maximum thickness of 25mm.
• Deep and wide non-slip treads (78mm x 340mm).
• Supplied with a plastic pole hook as standard (Operating Pole not included).
• The Alufix Vertical Loft Ladder is not spring-assisted so its descent & ascent will need to be controlled with the use of an Operating Pole.
• IMPORTANT:  The ladder height (210-234cm; 224-260cm & 260-288cm) is a measurement from the floor up to the lower mounting point of the ladder in the loft.  Please see the last image of our listing showing the different heights of the ladder to the mounting point.
• Does not come supplied with a Trapdoor / Hatch.
