Upon receipt, it is important that you ask the courier to wait whilst you check your goods as best you can. If significant damage is visible, please refuse to sign for delivery and ask the courier to take it back. This prevents having to wait in for a courier to call back for collection and allows us to get a replacement to you as quickly as possible. Please call us on 07743 790436 to let us know what has happened and we will sort it out for you.
If an order is delivered damaged and is left by prior arrangement unsigned for and in a safe place nominated by the customer, the customer should call us on 07743 790436 asap (within 24 hours) to notify us of the damage and supply images via email if possible. It is imperative we receive this information within the first 24 hours of delivery as this is the only way we can prove damage in transit.
If you change your mind within 30 days of purchase, this item can still be returned for refund. The product must be unused, unmarked and fit for resale. A restocking charge applies when goods are returned later than 7 days after receipt and this is costed on a percentage of the price of the ladder although on smaller accessories, this is a flat fee of 1.20. This fee is a genuine cost to us from our supplier.
The cost of return is the responsibility of the purchaser.
The goods should be returned unused, unopened and in original packing with all instructions/leaflets included, fit for resale.
Until we receive the returning item, it is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with us before posting anything to us as return addresses can vary for each item. If a courier collection is required, please call us to arrange it for you and please take photos of the returning item to prove the condition it leaves you. If returning by post, please obtain a Proof of Postage Certificate (free of charge) from the Post Office as it will allow you to claim should the item get lost.
