Delivery

Before placing your order, please take a few minutes to read our delivery policy:

Orders may be placed online (24/7) or over the telephone (between 9.00 a.m and 5.00 p.m. Mon - Fri). 
We accept payment by Credit or Debit card. 

Orders are sorted in our warehouses and carefully packed upon receipt of your request. ALL orders received before 12.noon are dispatched that day FREE OF CHARGE - (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS).

Orders received after 12.00 noon are dispatched the following day. Payment must be received before we can send out goods. Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays. 

PLEASE NOTE: If an order is cancelled after it has been dispatched, there will be a charge for the courier.

Free Delivery is available on all orders throughout mainland UK. (See exceptions below).

Exceptions to this free delivery policy apply to the following:

" Parts of Scotland - Extra Charges may apply.
" Northern Ireland 
" Southern Ireland
" Off Shore & Islands 
" Isle of Wight
" Isle of Man
" Saturday Deliveries - are available for mainland UK- please call for quote prior to placing order as it 
depends on product choice.

Deliveries to mainland Europe are at our discretion and will incur a charge.  This is only available for smaller items and NOT for ladders or scaffords – please call for a quote before placing an order.  We do not ship beyond mainland Europe. 

Our Free Delivery Service is based on 2 - 5 working days for smaller items and 5-7 days for larger products. Please see the delivery tab on your chosen product page to ascertain the guideline applicable to you. 
Please note that unless your order is received by 12.00 noon it will not be dispatched until the following day and the delivery timescale will only commence from that time of dispatch.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY can be arranged (excluding Sunday) - there is a charge for this service - please call prior to placing your order to ascertain cost as again, it depends upon the product ordered.

IMPORTANT!     IT IS IMPERATIVE goods delivered should be fully inspected for damage or missing parts BEFORE SIGNING FOR THEM. 


If your item is damaged upon delivery  PLEASE REFUSE IT and Please notify us immediately.  The courier is obliged to take it back if damage is visible.

If the courier has already departed when you notice damage, you MUST report the damage to us within the first 24 hours of delivery to ensure we can claim it was damaged in transit. 

When ordering, please try to allow where possible for delivery to be made on a day when you are most likely to be home or if necessary please advise us of any arrangements you have made with neighbours to take delivery on your behalf. NOTE: There is a "window" where we can update this delivery schedule - if amendments are requested after the goods have been dispatched we may not be able to effect the change

If our carrier calls whilst you are out, he should leave a card for you to call back within a limited time frame to arrange redelivery (check the calling card, this usually states 3 days). If the goods are not delivered successfully to you within this timeframe they will be returned to depot and there will be a delivery charge to have them sent out a second time. Depending on the product in question, this cost can vary from £15.00 to £29.99) + VAT
